Description
The distal half of the tube is distended and thin-walled. The ostium is obviously closed. The
fimbriae are not apparent.
History
This was an incidental finding at laparotomy when bilateral ovarian cysts were removed.
This woman had, 5 years before, an ectopic pregnancy in this tube.
